Structure Bond™ is an innovative super-strength foam adhesive that bonds a wide range of construction products. Structure Bond™ is made from high-quality modified polyurethanes. Its adhesive strength is unmatched among all types of polyurethane adhesives. It also has an excellent long-term resistance to weathering, diluted acids and caustic solutions. Application time is up to 50% faster than with conventional tube adhesives.
Materials are bonded in just 8 minutes and adhesive is fully cured within 24 hours.
Structure Bond Gun allows for a precise adhesive delivery with a single pull of the trigger that stops as soon as you let go. It requires no pumping, cutting or puncturing of cartridge nozzles.
The gun is easily cleaned with convenient cleaner cartridge available from Techniseal.

Storage and disposal :
Do not puncture, incinerate or store above 49°C. Protect from sunlight. Store can upright to avoid obstruction of the valve. Store in a well-ventilated place. Store locked up. Dispose of contents in accordance with local regulations.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Before proceeding with the installation, make sure you have an up-to-date technical data sheet available at techniseal.com. ALWAYS TEST on a small hidden area to ensure compatibility before use. For industrial use only. ALWAYS wear gloves and safety glasses when using this product.
Preparation :
• Protect floor.
• Remove all particles, dust and grease from the surface to be bonded.
• A faster cure can be obtained by moistening the substrates with a light water mist.
• Shake canister vigorously at least 20 times before each use.
Necessary tools :
• Structure Bond Gun (sold separately)
• Structure Bond Cleaner
Note : Complete curing will take approximately 24 hours. For a speedier curing, lightly moisten the substrates.
APPLICATION
1. Remove the protective cap and screw onto the Structure Bond gun.
2. Apply a bead of adhesive along the horizontal and vertical sections to be bonded. Bead size can be adjusted by turning the adjustment dial on the gun.
3. Wait a few seconds and bond both pieces together by pressing slightly. No need to twist.
4. Remove excess foam immediately. Remove any adhesive at the tip of the gun. Dried adhesive at the tip could make the gun shoot sideways instead of straight. See Cleaning section for instructions.
Note : Before putting the first can on a new gun, open the valve slightly and pull the trigger. A small amount of air may be trapped. For best results, always work with the canister in a vertical position and keep the valve pointed downwards.
AFTER EACH USE OF THE STRUCTURE BOND GUN
If there is still product in the container :
Close the valve of the Structure Bond Gun and leave the container on the gun until the next job.
If the container is empty :
Remove the container from the gun to avoid the product from drying and clogging the gun. This may render the gun unusable.
Then, screw a new container of adhesive to the gun and continue using it if necessary. If gun is to be stored away, pull the trigger a few seconds to make sure the gun is filled with the new adhesive, which will prevent it from drying. For optimal performance, Techniseal recommends screwing a container of Structure Bond cleaner to the gun and pulling the trigger to clean the gun thoroughly, before adding a new container of adhesive.
CURING
Adhesive will be tack free within 8 minutes. Fully load bearing after 24 hours.
CLEANING
Remove excess foam immediately. Ensure surface is acetone-resistant before cleaning. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically. To clean the Structure Bond Gun, use Structure Bond Gun Cleaner from Techniseal. The cleaner can also be used to clean spills.
