INSTALLATION STEPS

Step 1 :
Delimit the shape of the staircase with spray paint. Please allow 6'' more on each side for accessibility.

Step 2 :
Excavation 16'' deep.

Step 3:
Install the geotextile membrane.

Step 4 :
Place 3'' of crushed stone 0-3/4'', water lightly and compact using the vibrating plate or for better compaction, use Jumping Jack. Repeat this procedure until you have obtained a foundation 11" deep.

Step 5 :
Spread 2" of stone dust and level the level.

Step 6 :
Install the first stone, upgrade, then cover with stone dust. Install the second stone on the first one, then cover with stone dust. Make sure the stone is stable and level. Repeat the process until the desired height for the riser is reached.

Step 7 :
Fill the back of the first step with stone dust. Install a first stone that embraces the upper part of the first step. Repeat the process until you have reached the desired number of steps. On the other hand, the finishing stone must be in one piece.

Step 8 :
Forward of the first step and backward of the last step, install Japanese steps or a natural stone sidewalk.
