Operation

You must board the truck scale (with your vehicle) and wait for the green light. Then turn left, 1st right and then left. The sorting center is at the far end.

You must unload your materials where dictated by the attendant. If you have a trailer or a dumper truck, you must lower the skip and lock it before setting off again in the opposite direction on the scale.

You'll have to look in your mirror to see the light turn green, then leave to park and pay at the Balance Office or Sales Office.

Additional charges

If there are couches, armchairs, mattresses, tires with rims or carpets in the trip.

If the customer requests to have his vehicle unloaded using a shovel.

If the customer requires a trailer boost.

If the customer needs a weigh ticket as proof to S.A.A.Q.

Additional charges may be added for any non-compliant load.

Non-conforming materials


Any trip that contains soil mixed with dry materials or that contains prohibited materials.

Any trip that is mixed with different materials that will not be separated by the customer and that requires an extra unusual sorting.

Any load that has been unloaded in the wrong places.

In the event of a non-compliant load, the collection of these materials will be charged at an hourly rate, in addition to the costs for damages and legal costs if applicable

Security Rules

The speed limit is 8 km/h and anyone who does not respect this rule will be automatically refused.

Any form of verbal or physical abuse against staff is prohibited.

Responsibility

We are not responsible for damage caused by our equipment during scraping or loading of a truck or trailer.  

We are not responsible for any punctures that may occur on the site.

Prohibited Materials

The prohibited materials policy must be respected at all times. If a customer does not respect this policy, they will be denied access.

We recommend that you download the application or consult the Recyc-Québec website to find out where these materials are accepted.

Weighing ticket

On the weigh ticket, we need to know :
- Client name
- The transporter's name
- Customer details
- Carrier details
- Vehicle plate number
- Nature of material unload
- Place of provenance
- SOIL : COMPLETE ADDRESS

Payment Methods

We accept cash, transfer bank, debit card and MasterCard and Visa credit cards.  

We do not offer the opening privilege. By cons we accept deposits and authorizations for payment by credit card.

Schedules may vary by season and temperature.
It is advisable to call before arriving with a trip.

Monday to Friday : 8 am to 5 pm  
Saturday : 8 am to 12 pm
Sunday : Closed
