Recommendations :
This product should not be used where the temperature is below 5ºC or above 30ºC during application. Do not expose to strong wind, and do not apply when the substrate is too wet or frozen. The maximum thickness suggested for a 1/2 inch layer. Apply a second coat if necessary. Do not use dirty water. Make sure you always use clean tools. Clean all tools with water immediately after use.

Packaging :
This product is offered in 30 Kg. 56 bags per pallet.

Storage :
Store in a dry place protected from the weather. Unopened bags have a shelf life of 12 months. Product contaminated by water, moisture, or containing hard clods must be discarded.

Surface Preparation : The application surface must be firm and free of dirt, dust, paint, tar, oil or any grease. Any support or surface must be cleaned. Brush vigorously with a broom or brush. If small spots of grease or oil persist, use a strong detergent. Water abundantly. Each surface must be moistened during application.

Application : Pour the contents of the bag into a container, add about 4.3 liters of water per 30 kg bag. Mix well until a uniform mixture is obtained. The consistency of the applied product may vary according to the climatic conditions and the porosity of the support. Apply the mortar on a support using a trowel to obtain a regular, uneven surface. Using a damp sponge, remove the excess of milky substance to avoid nuances.

Ripening : The ideal ripening conditions are high humidity and moderate temperature and winds. Rehumidify the mortar if the temperature is hot or if there are dry winds within three days of laying.

Cleaning : Clean equipment and tools with water before the product hardens. Remove splashes and stains. Once the mixture has hardened, only mechanical cleaning will be effective.
