Yield :
30 kg bag covers an approximate area of 0.018 cubic meters (0.65 cubic feet). About 12 blocks or 40 bricks.
Recommendations :
This product should not be used where the temperature is below 5ºC or above 39ºC during application. Do not use dirty water. Make sure you always use clean tools. Clean all tools with water immediately after use.

Storage :
Store in a dry place protected from the weather. Unopened bags have a shelf life of 12 months. Product contaminated by water, moisture, or containing hard clods must be discarded.
Precautions : Wash hands and skin when in contact with the product. The cement and silica it contains can cause irritation to the skin and eyes. See Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for first aid.
Surface Preparation : Surfaces to be worked must be free of dirt, dust, grease, etc. When repairing joints, use a chisel to seal the joint to be restored, taking care not to damage the surrounding masonry elements. Dig and clean to a depth of 2 to 2 ½ times the width of the joint. Do not leave mortar in poor condition, always go to the sound mortar. For other repairs scratch the surface to be restored without leaving loose pieces or dust. Remove residues using a low-flow water jet. Moisten the surface before laying avoiding water accumulations.
Mixing : Pour the contents of the bag into a container, wheelbarrow or a clean, smooth surface. Add about 4.2 liters of water per 30 kg bag. Mix well until a uniform mixture is obtained. If the mixture is too thick, add water. Avoid using too clear a mixture.
Application : Mortar the ends of bricks and concrete blocks before laying them. Thickness between 1/2 "and 3/4" is recommended. Tap lightly to set up, ensuring leveling. For filling joints and cracks, grout the mortar with a joint trowel. Apply in 3 layers of equal depth, allowing each layer to dry and rewet. Do not leave voids. The joints must be finished as soon as the fingerprint remains marked on the mortar in order to optimize their weather resistance and improve the aesthetics.
Protection : Protect the mortar from frost, rain, sun and wind for the first 72 hours.
Curing : Ensure that ambient, surface and product temperatures are between 5 ° C and 35 ° C, during application and for 72 hours after application.
Cleaning : Clean equipment and tools with water before the product hardens. Remove splashes and stains. Once the mixture has hardened, only mechanical cleaning will be effective.
